Welcome to the English language website of the Fuji Foundation for Protein Research!

This English-language website aims to share the results of plant protein research funded by the Fuji Foundation for Protein Research with the global scientific community with the aim of supporting the “protein transition” to a more sustainable diet for the sake of our planet and the generations to come. We are gradually adding the results of more than 20 years of R&D on soy to add to the scientific community’s knowledge of plant proteins and soy in particular. In addition, we will introduce plant protein research from leading research groups in Europe.
